Upward Sports
Upward Flag Football and Cheerleading
1st – 6th Grade Boys and Girls
Early registration cost is $75. After August 5th, the cost will be $90.
Registration forms are available in the ROC office, or register online.
Please attend an evaluation that will take place behind the Whitesburg Baptist Center ROC, at 7300 Whitesburg Dr.
Choose one of two days:
Thursday, August 1st between 5:30 pm and 7:30 pm,
or Saturday, August 3rd between 9:00 am and 11:00 am.

Practices begin the week of Monday, September 19, 2013.
The first game will be on Saturday, September 7, 2013

Upward Soccer
Sign-ups begin in February with games played in March, April and May.
Upward Basketball and Cheerleading

Ballet Classes
Creative Movement
3 & 4 year olds, Mondays, Tuesdays Wednesdays and Thursdays, 3:45-4:30 p.m.
Pre-ballet
5 & 6 year olds, Mondays and Tuesdays, 4:30-5:30 p.m.
Ballet
7-10 year olds, Thursdays, 4:30-5:30 p.m.
The registration fee is $15 and the monthly cost is $25. The Creative Movement class is $20. Registration forms are available at the ROC Welcome Desk.
